Early Observations

What we are noticing, quietly.

These are early notes emerging from ECO's first reflective sessions. They are observations, not conclusions.
I

People often slow down quickly.

Users frequently describe a subtle shift in pace early in the experience — a sense of slowing, settling, or hearing themselves more clearly. In many cases, the absence of urgency appears to register before the reflective language itself.

II

Clarity appears more often than revelation.

Users rarely describe dramatic insight. More often, they describe something quieter — the feeling of recognizing what was already there.

III

Sessions tend to end naturally.

In early use, little evidence of habitual return behavior has appeared. Several users describe returning when something feels worth reflecting on, rather than out of habit or pressure.

IV

The absence of advice can feel unfamiliar at first.

Some users initially wait for answers or instruction that never arrive. In several reflections, that expectation appears to soften into relief, spaciousness, or clearer self-recognition.
